TERM AND TOUR CONDITIONS
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Please contact your travel agent or contact us directly. Full payment must
be made in advance 1 month or 2 months as per our request related to the
program /packages prior to arrival date. All other bookings are subject to
any applicable fare increase or charges. Rates are subject to change for
events beyond of our control.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
You many cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation must be made in
writing to avoid any misunderstanding. If your cancellation is received by
the company in 10 days or up prior to arrival after money transfer, and
administrative fee of US$.100,00 per person will be levied.
REFUNDS ON TOUR PACKAGES
Tour Members should be aware that our company is
acting as an agent for the service suppliers. After full payment is made,
all arrangements are still subjection to confirmation. When the arrangement
can not be confirmed our company will endeavor to notify passenger as soon
as possible and a full refund will be made .

Prices shown are those currents at the time of
publication of the brochure or the
Price List
which from part of brochure. It is therefore
subjected to change with or without notice due to increase in airfares,
other transport cost, hotel rates, exchange rates, Government tax, etc.
RESPONSIBILITY
The company and its associate agents act only as
agents for the passengers and the transportation companies, accommodation
companies, entertainment and suppliers and other principals involved in this
tour. All tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to the term,
conditions and contracts under which such transportation and other services
are provided etc.

FOOD DURING TREKKING /
ADVENTURE
We typically share meals “Family Style” Meals on
the treks and in remote villages are not eaten in restaurants but are
prepare by our personal local cook. During village involvement days you can
even help out if you wish. Utilizing the indigenous vegetables, fruits, cans
food, fresh meals or in one place you may enjoy steamed or roasted sweet
potatoes (a highland staple). You will also dine on delicious soups, rice,
noodles. We will usually start the day with breakfast at our overnight
accommodations.
