TERM AND TOUR
CONDITIONS - please read this before you make a contact to us.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Please contact your travel agent or contact us directly. Full payment must
be made in advance 1 month or later as per our request related to the
program /packages prior to arrival date. All other bookings are subject to
any applicable fare increase or charges Rates are subject to change for
events beyond of our control.
Booking fee
100 USD.
After booking with us full payment must
be made in advance (received in our account) at least 30days from arrival
date, otherwise we will charge you 100 USD (due to late payment) in
order to re-confirm your reservation. Email us for further information, payment
procedure and our bank account.
CANCELLATION
CHARGES:
You
many cancel your booking at any time - should
be received 14 days in advance for Arrival dates. Cancellation
must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.
- If
cancellation takes place less fourteen (14) days of trip, you
will be responsible there will be assessed a non-refundable a
50% of total Tour Price and flight tickets issued that you
have paid to Jefalgi Tours.
- If
cancellation takes place less than seven (7) days of trip, you
will be responsible there will be assessed a non-refundable a
75% of total Tour
Price and flight tickets issued that you have paid to Jefalgi
Tours.
- If
no cancellation occurs three (3) days prior to departure, there
will be no refund; the entire fee and deposit will be forfeited
as much as 100%..
TOUR PRICES
Prices shown are those currents at the time of
publication of the brochure and website or the
Price List
which from part of brochure. It is therefore
subjected to change with or without notice due to increase in airfares,
other transport cost, hotel rates, exchange rates, foods, Government tax, etc.
PERSONNEL / PORTERS
Each trip is accompanied by a qualified
group leader (Guide), who works in conjunction with local natives. Our
Guides are chosen for among other things, their experience with the areas
and skills regarding group work, as true destination experts who provide
valuable insights to our guests
FOOD DURING TREKKING /
ADVENTURE
We typically share meals “Family Style” Meals on
the treks and in remote villages are not eaten in restaurants but are
prepare by our personal local cook. During village involvement days you can
even help out if you wish. Utilizing the indigenous vegetables, fruits, cans
food, fresh meals or in one place you may enjoy steamed or roasted sweet
potatoes (a highland staple). You will also dine on delicious soups, rice,
noodles. We will usually start the day with simple breakfast at our overnight
accommodations.
INTERNAL
FLIGHTS IN PAPUA: in example the flight to/from Wamena will be depending on
local conditions, weather, flight operational etc. So would like you to be
patient to wait the plane until departure to your next destinations. but
don't worry all your flights you have booked on us is under control.
