Term & Condition
BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
Please contact your
travel agent or contact us directly. Full payment must be made in advance 1
month or 2 months as per our request related to the program /packages prior to
arrival date. All other bookings are subject to any applicable fare increase
or charges. Rates are subject to change for events beyond of our control. CANCELLATION CHARGES: You many cancel your booking at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding. If your cancellation is received by the company in 15 days or up prior to arrival after money transfer, and administrative fee of US$.100,00 per person will be levied. REFUNDS ON TOUR PACKAGES: Tour Members should be aware that our company is acting as an agent for the service suppliers. After full payment is made, all arrangements are still subjection to confirmation. When the arrangement can not be confirmed our company will endeavor to notify passenger as soon as possible and a full refund will be made . RESPONSIBILITY: The company and its associate agents act only as agents for the passengers and the transportation companies, accommodation companies, entertainment and suppliers and other principals involved in this tour. All tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to the term, conditions and contracts under which such transportation and other services are provided etc. TOUR FARE INCLUDES: All accommodation based on Twin Sharing at hotel or huts, local houses, or camping during trekking and adventure. Meals as per specified in the itineraries Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner served at your accommodation or at local restaurant and simple meals which will be provided by local cook during trekking and adventure. All sightseeing tour as mentioned on this brochure are includes entrance fee, transfers from/to Airport, donations to local villages and Local English speaking guide. TRIP LEVELS : Depend on your trip, sometime easy, hard, moderate and strenuous, EASY may include travel by minibus or leisure walking, Treks and accommodation in local homes, village huts, at tents or guest houses without toilet facilities have no hot water or showers. The trips between points may be lengthy, and extended treks could take place in muddy condition, or uphill. Generally the trip is open to anyone of good health with a spirit for adventure. It involves a hard and moderate amount of walking, usually between 3 and 9 hours per day whiles the highlands. Although we’ll move along dirt paths and muddy. We have some porters to carrying your bags to leave you free to enjoy countryside, the porters will give you a helping hand and point out interesting sites.
FOOD DURING TREKKING / ADVENTURE : We typically share meals “Family Style” Meals on the treks and in remote villages are not eaten in restaurants but are prepare by our personal local cook. During village involvement days you can even help out if you wish. Utilizing the indigenous vegetables, fruits, cans food, fresh meals or in one place you may enjoy steamed or roasted sweet potatoes (a highland staple). You will also dine on delicious soups, rice, noodles. We will usually start the day with breakfast at our overnight accommodations
